RedBrick Pizza combines Old World Italian tradition with new world technology to create . to create a great tasting fire-roasted gourmet pizza in three minutes and delivered to the table in only six to eight minutes. The "RedBrick" oven (Italian for terra cotta stone) and bake system sears in gourmet ingredients and flavors by fire-roasting each pizza at 1000 degrees.

Additionally, customers can enjoy fresh chopped salads, RedBrick Pizza's "Fhazani" fire-roasted gourmet sandwiches and their award-winning gourmet Italian gelato, which
is creamier and richer tasting than ice cream but with less fat and calories.

RedBrick Pizza's signature dough is made fresh daily with heart healthy, cholesterol-free olive oil, high in monounsaturated fat, "the healthy fat."
